The rooms were pretty good, clean and had comfortable mattresses. The location of the hotel was good and offered easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
Our Christmas experience wasn't as good as we expected. First, the Christmas decorations were limited and didn't create a festive environment.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel facilities were great. We especially loved the swimming pool area with comfortable sun beds and tables to enjoy snacks and drinks. The staff was accommodating and friendly, always available to assist us with anything we needed. the hotel had a secure parking lot and transportation services, made it easy for us to explore the city.

The hotel was great! the rooms were spacious, equipped with everything you need, and very comfortable to sleep in. the location was very peaceful and quiet, perfect for resting. the hotel offers a private parking lot as well, which was very convenient. the swimming pool was amazing, surrounded by comfortable sun beds and tables to enjoy a snack or drink. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and they even offer a service to call a taxi for you at a reasonable price.
The breakfast on the last day was not very well-prepared, as they didn't have the dish I requested and instead brought me another dish without asking if I still wanted it or not. they required a deposit which reminded me of a lower-quality hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Despite being further from the beach than we anticipated, the hotel's peaceful and quiet atmosphere more than made up for it. We didn't hear another guest during our entire time there, great to enjoy a relaxing and uninterrupted vacation. The only downside was the 15-minute walk to the beach, but considering our overall positive experience, we would definitely choose to stay at The Sala Pattaya again in the future. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice and enjoyable stay.
